The newly constructed RV park is owned and operated by us, Aaron and Tammie Mills. We have owned the property just outside of Whitehouse, TX since 2019. In 2023 the dream of opening an RV park was planted and has come to fruition in 2024. Our property sits on a hill just to the south of town with beautiful sunsets and vistas. We pride ourselves on keeping a clean, beautiful and friendly property, as we live here too!

Just 2 miles from the park is LakeTyler’s Marina with a boat launch, swimming area, and restaurant . Hillcreek Park on the lake is a 3.5 mile drive that has a large beautiful picnic area that is waterfront and has a swimming area as well. Lake Tyler is a great recreational and fishing lake.

Blackhawk walking and biking trails are almost in our backyard. Blackhawk Creek General Store and Grill is 5 minutes away on Hwy 110. The City of Whitehouse is also 5 minutes away for groceries, a few restaurants, pharmacy, and other local businesses. South Tyler shopping and restaurants are only 12 miles away with everything you could need!
